The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service. A standard cleaning session typically takes between 2-4 hours.
• Online Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• Phone Bookings: A $50 deposit (or 50% of the total service cost) is required to reserve your appointment time.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us provide the best service to all our clients.
• If a check is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a $50 fee will be applied in addition to the original payment.
• Payment for the original service must be completed immediately via cash, credit card, or another accepted method.
• We reserve the right to refuse personal checks in the future from clients with returned checks.
• Clients will have up to 30 days from notification to pay the returned check fee and original amount. Unpaid balances after 30 days may be sent to collections.
